The month of November paved the way for more exciting projects and events! We started rewarding active members of our growing community and announced the launch of our first tokenized NFT exhibit. Here is a flashback to everything noteworthy this month:

1. Quarter Four 500 Million OWN Token Burn Announcement

Last November 10, we announced our big target of burning 500 Million OWN tokens in the last quarter of 2021. This will be our second buyback and burn celebration for this year. The event is impactful to the long-term value of our hyper-deflationary token.

2. NFT Event at BreadFam Discord Server with Lei Melendres

On November 12, we had a fun time in Nicole Alba’s BreadFam Discord Server as one of our artists, Lei Melendres, talked about NFTs! He talked about his experience with his collaboration with Ownly and how NFTs have been beneficial to him as an artist.

3. New Play-To-Earn NFT Game — Mustachio Quest Announcement

We’ll be releasing our play-to-earn NFT game next year. Mustachio Quest is inspired by the tales and journey of the Mustachios. In the game, players can grow and assemble a team of Mustachios and compete with each other’s team where winners will be rewarded with our tokens.

4. Tales of the MustachioVerse Chapters Released

We released the last three chapters of the Mustachio Tales, ending the journey of the 100 Genesis Generation Mustachios. You can read each chapter here. Don’t fret though, the mustached NFT avatars will still have their adventures in another form! It will be in a game and with another batch of new Mustachios next year!

5. OWNLY at BreadFam Discord

The Ownly team talked about the value of NFTs and the importance of learning its various applications during the Cryptotalk Session in the BreadFam Discord Server. One of our goals is to contribute to spreading awareness on how blockchain creations such as NFTs can provide endless opportunities.

6. Ownly House of Art Gallery Launch

We launched our gallery called Ownly House of Arts. Through OHA, we’ll be launching tokenized physical artworks featuring local artists and their masterpieces. OHA is a modern gallery that uses NFTs for a friction-free sales process for physical artworks.

7. Pre-sale of OHA’s inaugural exhibit, Exploits and Effects

We announced the OHA’s first exhibit entitled Exploits and Effects which will be held on December 3–5 at Ayala Malls Legazpi. The exhibit which centers around the fragility of the human mind features the works of Dan Vincent Barotilla, Glenn de Guzman, and Mel Baranda. It aims to show the community how tokenizing physical art works and how it’s beneficial to both the artist and the collector.

8. Ownly Featured on BitPinas

BitPinas, one of the leading news providers in the Philippines when it comes to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, featured us in one of its articles! This is another milestone for the team!

9. 100 Million OWN Token Allocation for Community Rewards!
