About
PELOS PRESS
Pelos is Greek for clay, and like clay in the hands of the potter, we are all in the process of becoming… Since Jesus Christ came to give us fullness of life, our aim is to help us understand the Bible’s truth, apply it to modern life, and be inwardly transformed in the process.
Note from the editor

Our strap line “Treasure in jars of clay — becoming all we were meant to be”, comes from 2 Corinthians 4:6–7, which tells us that this treasure is “the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ”. What an amazing treasure that is. Can we even begin to understand all that that means? But, as the scripture goes on to say, “we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us”. You and I are like jars of clay, we are fragile, we are imperfect, and that is a good thing, because it makes clear that all the praise and glory belong to God. At PELOS PRESS we want to go deeper with God, and help others to go deeper with him too, and in the process become all that we were meant to be; become more like Jesus. We are the work of his hands; we are his craftsmanship.
