When we talk about content strategy, it basically means what kind of content you’re creating.

Generally, we can divide content into THREE types — Evergreen, seasonal, and Trending.

It’s not tied to a specific time or event and remains relevant for a long time.

For example, “How-to” guides, beginner’s tutorials, or tips and tricks in your niche can be considered evergreen.

People are always searching for this kind of information, so it consistently brings traffic to your Pinterest profile.

  • Seasonal Content: Unlike evergreen content, seasonal content is tied to specific times of the year, events, or holidays.

It’s content that’s relevant only for a certain period.

For example, if you’re into fashion, creating content around seasonal trends like “Summer Fashion Must-Haves” or “Holiday Gift Ideas” can attract a lot of attention during those times.

  • Trending Content: Trending content refers to topics, themes, or styles that are currently popular or gaining momentum among your target audience.
