“Let’s go for a dark theme, our app will look cool and trendy” — I have come across that statement quite a few times. When I get asked for that requirement, my response contains even more questions. My curiosity rises as I try to figure out what’s the thinking behind it.
I wouldn’t go as far to say that this is my ‘life mantra’, but ‘be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody’ are definitely words to live by. And I try to. Everybody gets a buzz from, or feels happier by being acknowledged. Something so simple such as thanking somebody, congratulating somebody or even asking how somebody is, is something that many people are scared to do because they are too bothered about how they may come across.

I’m on a journey, like all of you are, i’ve been in the Film Industry since i was 19 or 20. When i was that age, i was in Edmonton, Alberta and i looked in the Phone book or maybe it was the Yellow Pages for Talent Agents and Casting Directors, i didn’t know anything about the Film Industry, i just knew i wanted to get into Acting. I was always acting when i was younger and loved doing short video skits with my buddies Real, Richard, Jason, Bill, Paul and many other friends, we called it Friday Knights: Knights of Comedy. We were inspired by SCTV and SNL to do Comedy skits so we used our DV 8 cameras, Real and i. We didn’t have computers that could edit back then, so we would edit with VCRs, but it didn’t work very well.
