Mojo Adoption: Mint Walkthrough
A step-by-step guide for minting your Moj-Seeds.
Planet Mojo is about to release its first NFTs! First, we would like to thank everyone who has shown their support to get us this far. We’re delighted to see that our community has grown by leaps and bounds over the past weeks, and we welcome those who are about to mint Moj-Seed NFTs and take their first steps on Planet Mojo.
The Wave 1 Winners have been announced!!
Check the spreadsheet here for and search for your wallet address.
Each user will be able to mint one (1) Moj-Seed per wallet. To recap, here are the details that you need to know before you mint your Moj-Seeds:
- Mint Price: $1,000 USD
- Accepted Currencies: WETH, MATIC, WMATIC, USDC.e, DAI
- Supported Wallets: MetaMask, Wallet Connect
- Supported Network: Polygon
- Wave 1 Time and Date: June 8, 2022, 5:00 p.m. UTC
- Wave 1 Duration: 24 hours
- Wave 2 Time and Date: June 9, 2022, 7:00 p.m. UTC
- Wave 2 Duration: 24 hours

The Mojo minting process is designed to be easy, fun, and secure for our community. It’s important for you to only access our official links to mint your Moj-Seeds. We’ll also share a video to walk you through the process — it will include all the crucial information that is in this post. Here are two important links:

To ensure the best experience with minting Moj-Seeds, please follow the steps outlined in the walkthrough video and in this article.
Preliminary Preparation
If you are new to blockchain games, here is some extra information to ensure you’re set up and ready ahead of the mint.
Add Polygon Mainnet to MetaMask:
Our sale is on the Polygon Network, so you will need to add this network to your MetaMask wallet. See the instructions here.
Add the token you plan to use when purchasing your Moj-Seed NFT:
- Open MetaMask.
- In the “Assets” tab, scroll to the bottom and click on “Import Token.”
- Add the appropriate contract address:

- Click “Import Custom Token” to complete the addition.
- Ensure that you have sufficient funds (equivalent to at least US$1,000) plus a small quantity of MATIC for gas.
Step 1: Go to the Official Planet Mojo Minting Website
This is extremely important. Before you connect your wallet and initiate any transactions, be sure that you are at nft.planetmojo.io. This site is the one and only official Planet Mojo minting website:
Step 2: Connect your Wallet
You will need to connect your supported cryptocurrency wallet. Click on the Connect Wallet button displayed on the right in the top navigation area or in the center left of the page.
Choose Your Wallet: Select the type of wallet you use. Then follow the instructions to sign. Wallets must be from our AllowList during the applicable Wave.
Sign the Transaction: You will also be asked to sign your transaction using your wallet. This serves to authenticate your wallet ownership and does not invoke any smart contract functions.
Confirm Your Connection: Once you have connected using a supported wallet, a truncated version of your wallet address will appear in place of the Connect Wallet button in the upper right corner of the page.
Step 3: Mint Your Moj-Seed NFTs
After your wallet is connected, you will see the Mint Mojo NFTs button if you’ve been allocated to claim Moj-Seeds.
Click the Mint Mojo NFTs button to proceed to the next step. You can mint one (1) Moj-Seed per wallet.
Step 4: Purchase and Claim Your Moj-Seed NFT
You will see the Moj-Seeds that have been allocated to you.
Claiming Pre-Purchased Moj-Seeds:
If you have pre-purchased your Moj-Seeds through Polkastarter or another partner, you will only need to pay a small gas fee in MATIC to claim your NFTs.
Purchasing Mojos on the Mint Site:
Select the currency you wish to pay with.
If you are not making the purchase with MATIC, you will have to first approve the usage of your currency of choice. Please note that this step will cost a small amount of gas fees in MATIC.
Then, click the Mint button.
The minting process may take a few minutes to complete. You will see this screen when it is in progress:
When the process is complete, you’ll see a message that says your minting was a success. Click the Continue button to proceed to make the world a better place.
Step 5: Plant a Tree
Planet Mojo has partnered with One Tree Planted, a nonprofit environmental charity dedicated to global reforestation. For each Mojo NFT that is purchased, Planet Mojo will donate US$1 to One Tree Planet and their project, “ONE DOLLAR. ONE TREE. ONE PLANET.” You can choose the continent where you want your new tree to be planted. Planet Mojo will cover 100% of the donation costs.
Step 6: From Moj-Seed to Mojo
After committing to global reforestation efforts, you can check out your unsprouted Moj-Seeds in your collection.
Your Mojos will be growing in their Moj-Seeds. They will be ready to sprout in a matter of days. Until they are ready, the Sprout Your Mojo button will remain locked.
After you sprout your Mojos, you will be able to see them in their full-grown glory and view their unique attributes on the Planet Mojo website or OpenSea (url coming soon).
Important Information
Only the official nft.planetmojo.io website will hold the mint for Moj-Seed NFTs. There will never be another minting website. Keep an eye out for domain extensions like.cc or.org, which are commonly exploited by scammers.
Only use nft.planetmojo.io to sign transactions related to minting Moj-Seed NFTs. Other websites claiming to add functionality to your Planet Mojo NFTs and requesting your wallet signature are scams. Please stay away from them at all costs.
