Great tip on facing fear. Well said! To build on the point I feel it’s a great practise to ask yourself, what’s the ‘root fear’ e.g. fear of abandonment and loss of control are quite common, then do the work to figure out where it started – not easy to do but meditation and breathwork help with this 🙌
