Polkadot / Kusama

• InvArch, an application-specific blockchain and a service parachain that empowers the Polkadot ecosystem, has won the most recent parachain lease auction. Dakota Barnett, InvArch’s founder, presented a comprehensive overview of the network.
• On Friday, August 25th, the Cumulus, Substrate, and Polkadot repos were merged into one repo called Polkadot SDK. Details.
• Referendum 122, setting KSM as a sufficient asset on the Polkadot Asset Hub, is now up for a vote on the Whitelisted Track.
• Polkadot is coming to Token2049 in Singapore, September 13–14. Over 20 teams will represent the Polkadot ecosystem and share the latest advancements in blockchain & Web3. Learn more about Polkadot’s presence at the event.
• Circle is bringing USDC to Polkadot in September, enhancing liquidity for the entire ecosystem.

Acala / Karura

• Acala’s aUSD has been converted to aSEED 1:1 across all avenues, including account balance and liquidity pools, on the 20th of July. Vote to keep it consistent on Moonbeam.
• Acala is thrilled to announce the mainnet launch of its Multichain Asset Router 1.0, enabling asset transfer from any chain to any parachain seamlessly in a single transaction.

HydraDX / Basilisk

• Split trade is live on HydraDX. It is an intuitive tool that allows users to achieve lower slippage by splitting their trades into smaller chunks executed in the following ~3h. With Split trade and DCA, no trade is too large for the Omnipool.
• After the approval of Referendum #62, you can now swap Moonbeam Routed Liquidity (MRL) assets WBTC, WETH & DAI in the Omnipool directly with any other asset, including many Polkadot native assets.
• HydraDX is now available on DefiLlama.

Ontology

• Moonbeam has joined forces with Design. As a result of this integration, DAO owners, project founders, and treasury managers can now access Desig Wallet, the chain-agnostic multi sig solution & its customized features on Moonbeam.
• ERC-1155 trading is live on Moonbeans. This is a big deal, as NFT projects, like Exiled Racers on Moonbeam, leverage the 1155 token standard to streamline game mechanics on the backend and provide efficient UX for NFT gaming.
• Pyth Network, the first-party financial oracle, added support for GLMR (the gas token of Moonbeam) / USD price feeds, which can now be used by devs & DeFi protocols across any of its supported chains.

Composable Finance / Picasso

• Pablo and Picasso have entered CoinGecko. Users can now track the price of Picasso’s native token, PICA, across the various cross-ecosystem markets including Pablo & Osmosis.
• Composable Finance’s proposal to incentivize the DOT / STARS pool on the Pablo DEX is live for voting, as well as a proposal to allocate DOT liquidity for use within the Cosmos ecosystem.
• One-click transactions between Polkadot and Osmosis are live on Composable’s Centauri. Establishing connections is the first step of ecosystem convergence, but a seamless experience for all users will result from abstracting the execution process.

Bit.Country / Pioneer

• The 2nd Bit.Country Polkapals event is up. Embark on quests from 17 teams and get to know what each one is working on. By successfully completing these tasks, you will have a chance to earn various rewards that are up for grabs.

Manta / Calamari
