This is the fourth in the weekly Project Wyvern development update series. If you missed the last update, find it here.

Development

  • The Wyvern ERC20 token port has been completed. If you held Wyvern at block 315000 on the original blockchain, you can claim your ERC20 tokens at redeem.projectwyvern.com.
  • We’ve submitted pull requests to add the WYV token to Metamask and MyEtherWallet. If you like, you can trade WYV on Etherdelta (not yet listed as a ticker symbol; pull request submitted) or over-the-counter through 0x OTC. Make sure to double-check the token address.
  • The Project Wyvern team will not, as general policy, pay listing fees or engage in any kind of pay-to-play partnership with exchanges. However, we are more than happy to help any exchanges or DApps integrate the WYV token (which supports the standard ERC20 interface) or connect to the Wyvern DAO (contract documentation). If you would like your exchange or DApp to support WYV, let them know — many have some form of user voting (e.g. DDEX or Radar Relay).
  • The Wyvern DAO has been deployed (simultaneously with the token). You can interact with the DAO through the beta web UI at dao.projectwyvern.com (make sure to configure Metamask correctly).
  • Next up is the Wyvern Exchange. We’re currently finalizing the Exchange smart contract infrastructure and the first version of the web frontend. Expect a beta release on Ethereum’s Rinkeby testnet in about a week.
