Talking depression on #NVDay16
As part of National Volunteer Day (#NVDay16), Purple People a support group for people who have or have had depression, anxiety and related disorders took to social media to post cards to raise awareness on some of the symptoms of clinical depression.
It’s World Suicide Prevention Day.
