Daily Habits

Books: Today I finished Unlimited Memory. Listened to a podcast, and continued with Pale Blue Dot. Some notes from today:

Remembering numbers trick: tie each number to a letter. Then remember stories of what the words say.

Tips for self discipline:

Create vision — why

Make a decision — commit

Act regardless of mood — take control

Daily action — make it a habit

Meditation: 20minutes in the morning.

Digital Drawing:

Today I erased all I had on the right eye, and drew it again:

yesterday, today, and the portrait I’m going for.

Piano: Today I practiced I Giorno by Ludovico Einaudi with the help of Flowkey.

Re Human Dynamic Activity: Wednesdays I Dance.

Today I focused on this move:

Writing: This post, code, journaling (day and night), and a short daily thought.

Fitness: Today was a chin-ups day. I brought tape to stick my phone in a column for a better view of my chin-ups. I went all the way down and all the way up, chin crossing bar. Was harder, ended up doing like 43. Still going to train for the world record (57). Rest of my 20min workout was focused on chin ups.

Soccer trick juggling: My legs were sore from yesterday’s 4min! Tabata legs exercise and burpees, so it was harder to practice. But still practiced.
