Daily Habits
Books: Today I finished Pale Blue Dot. Then started The Culture Code. Some learnings from today:
Safety is the foundation on which a strong culture is built.
Belonging Signals:
1. Energy — invest in the exchange as it is occurring
2. Individualization— each Person is unique and valued
3. Future Orientation — long term relationship thinking.
These 5 factors are the biggest predictors of team performance:
1. Members have around the same talking time. Short contributions.
2. High levels of eye contact and energy.
3. Communicate directly with one another, not having to go through team leader.
4. Side conversations happen within the team
5. Members explore outside the team then share insights
Meditation: 20minutes in the morning.
Digital Drawing:
Today I drew the left eye and made some adjustments to the right eye:
Piano: Today I practiced I Giorno by Ludovico Einaudi with the help of Flowkey.
Dance: Practiced The Glide, for the duration of one song, in the morning:

Today I watched this Andrew Huang video about free tools, and downloaded a couple of the ones he mentioned.
Watched a couple of more for tips/seeing his workflow. This one was cool
Writing: This post, code, journaling (day and night), and a short daily thought.
Fitness: Today I trained mainly chest: pushups (clapping and not clapping) and weights.
Soccer trick juggling: Legs still sore but was able to do many more around the worlds and around the worlds than yesterday. Still haven’t gotten the two consecutive around the worlds again.
