We are piloting a community garden project on idle city owned property in the city I’m in and it’s fantastic. Kids grow kale, kids eat kale about says it. The program has brought so many people together and provides for those that would have been eating boxed and food bank. It’s one of the best things I’ve seen happen here in years.
