Hello fellow runners and welcome to another issue of the RWI newsletter for the first half of May!

This edition has a variety of topics as usual, from training and fueling advice, to ultrarunning and ‘Jeffing’ and personal stories like returning to running after challenges.

Oh, and a list of running books that I’ve read in the last 5 months (most of them written by former American Olympic or elite runners!).

And BIG news! (Or at least I think so). Run With Intention is no longer just a Medium publication (and Facebook group), but we’re also now a club on Strava — which you can read in the first article below (but if you want to just join right now without reading the article you can go here and join in the fun!).

And don’t forget to submit your running articles to the publication to be featured in future Newsletters!
