Sifting through the thousands of entries in a server’s local Security Event log for a specific message can be a very time consuming experience.
Recently I needed to implement a feature that allows a user to specify a “Rate Reset” on a BondID/Counterparty pair.
The new Rate needed to be applied to all “open” trades that were on the BONDID and with the particular Counterparty.
Using continuous integration build servers for standard development projects (e.g. C#, Java, python, etc…) is very common. Applying the same methodology for sql database scripts is less so.
