Lord Vishnu, the kingly rajsik does be,
The second God of the Hindu trinity,
He the Universal Preserver does be,
Representing goodness and mercy.

Ever incarnating to remove clearly,
Imbalance amid good and evil plainly,
He the cosmic nara, water, does be,
Known as Narayana unquestionabily.

He Pitambara with four arms be,
With a mace implying power truly,
A conch shell indicating universally,
Spread of divine sound “Om” fully.

A discus (Chakra) demonstrating be,
The wheel of time ever unendingly,
And lotus — `Kamal’, example but be,
Of beautiful existence in all difficulty.

Ganga flows from his feet clearly,
He rests on a coiled serpent calmly,
Representing sleeping universe truly,
On the cosmic ocean unendingly.

He ever rides on Garuda plainly,
Spreading Vedic knowledge totally,
He known as the remover Hari —
And His consort is Devi Lakshmi.
