Announcing the upcoming LAND Presale round 4.3, starting on November 12th 2020 at 1PM GMT. It is going to be the last and biggest LAND Presale (before the public LAND sales), which means: it’s your last and best occasion to get discounted LANDS! Exclusive Smurf™ ASSETS will also be available for purchase.

Our latest LAND sales sold out in a matter of hours, sometimes minutes. For the second round of Presale 4, we were excited to introduce $SAND as the exclusive method of payment for LAND NFTs.
This third and last round of LAND Presales will be the biggest to date. It will feature exclusive ASSETS, in partnership with major entertainment IPs such as Smurfs™. Stay tuned for separate announcements and sneak peeks at these IP branded ASSETS and major partnerships!

What is LAND in The Sandbox?

LANDS are digital pieces of real estate in The Sandbox metaverse that players can buy to build experiences on top of. Once you own a LAND, you will be able to populate it with Games and Assets. Each LAND is a unique (non-fungible) token lying on the public Ethereum blockchain (ERC-721). For more detailed information on LAND tokens, read, this article. The LAND Presale 4.3 will be the very last presale to take place before the launch of the public round at the end of the year.

LANDS will be sold at a 10% Discount; it is the last time there will ever be discounts on LANDS.

In addition to this exclusive presale, this round introduces new and rare ASSETS, NFT characteristics, and new partners!

LAND Presale 4.3 launches on November 12th at 1:00 PM GMT.

Similar to the first rounds, special LANDs will be sold in the form of Premium LAND, which will also include Premium ASSETS.

What are Premium LANDS?

A Premium LAND is a single parcel of LAND that features specific characteristics, including Premium ASSETS. They will appear as Yellow LANDS on the map and are defined by two main characteristics:

Premium Location: Each Premium LAND is located close to either a Partner, an IP, or a TSB Estate. These locations are highly likely to attract more visitors thanks to partner visibility as well as the Transportation System and the recently introduced Portals:

Premium ASSETS: Premium LANDs are pre-assigned with a bundle of exclusive ASSETS to kickstart game creation. When purchasing a Premium LAND, buyers will also receive 4 premium ASSETS.

Each Premium LAND includes 1 Common, 1 Rare, 1 Epic and 1 Legendary Premium ASSET. Each Legendary ASSET will showcase a unique set of attributes, behavior, and skins, all of which have a limited scarcity of 200 copies.

Premium LAND of this upcoming LAND presale will contain Smurf™ premium ASSETS, among others…

LAND Presale 4.3 in numbers:

Purchases will be made in $SAND, meaning that all prices will be denominated in $SAND following the LAND prices (as in the table above).

19,200 LANDS will be for sale = 11.5% of total LANDS
≈75% of (classic) LANDs and ESTATEs (14,400 LANDS)
+ ≈25% of LANDS Premium (4,800) = 19,200 LANDS for sale
Premium LANDS = 4,800 LANDS + 19,200 (4*4,800) Premium ASSETS
Premium LANDS ≈ 2,100 SAND

Purchases will be made in $SAND, meaning that all prices will be denominated in $SAND following the LAND prices (as in the table above).

How to get $SAND

There will be many ways for users to purchase $SAND to buy LAND during this upcoming round of presale. $SAND is currently available on multiple exchanges including Binance and Uniswap 🦄 (instructions below)

1. Buying $SAND (on Binance)

$SAND tokens have been listed on Binance.com since August 14th. Several pairs are available for trades SAND/BTC, SAND/USDT, SAND/BNB and SAND/BUSD which you can all see directly on their website: https://www.binance.com/en/trade/SAND_BTC

To begin your purchase of $SAND tokens on the Binance Platform (www.binance.com) you can follow the steps;

1. Go to the top of the Binance Home Page and select the buy crypto option.

2. Select the currency of your choice.

3. Choose the amount of FIAT currency you want to trade to begin your crypto purchase.

4. Then, choose the crypto-currency you want to purchase and confirm all the information required. (You can purchase $SAND with BTC, USDT or BNB)

5. For various FIAT currencies, there are different supported payment methods. Hence, you would be required to choose accordingly.

If you wish to buy crypto by adding your bank card or using the balance in your Binance wallet, you must confirm the identification process.
If you select the balance in your Binance Cash Wallet, you will just have to choose the payment method and you will be guided to deposit your fiat currency first. After you click the button, the final confirmation window will appear.

6.Once you purchased BTC, USDT or BNB; go to “Trade”, and select “Classic”
