Company Communities Shift, a shift towards a better humanity

#UniversalBasicIncome creates inflation, we all know that, but how do we fix it?

In #CompanyCommunitiesShift, I suggest offering housing, food, water, sanitation, internet, education and business opportunities (simple and easy to make and maintain, but taxed income, profit and sales/VAT). Being a company, it can change or die, allowing the people to move away from the bad companies.

The main clients would be the employees and their families, resulting in more financial freedom of capital, as well as the possibility for investment into worthwhile goals. This would lead to owning and managing a building, village, city or possibly even country-inside-a-country, shifting capital from the top of the pyramid to the middle and bottom of the pyramid.

This allows for the efficient instances of #CoCoShi to thrive and expand, and the inefficient instances to be replaced by more efficient ones. This would also slow the consumerist approach of buying and not recycling nor repurposing, replacing it with the ex-communist approach of creating things that last, and moving them around to those who need/want them more.

Also, working inside a country, it would still have to follow health, safety and pollution regulations. Being a company, it would have good reasons for improving the efficiency of process to require less human interaction, so that the jobs taken by automation can be replaced by Research&Development, education and leisure jobs.

This allows while also improving the standard of life and keeping people motivated towards large-scale goals, like: building a pyramid, building a city on the moon, healthier food, terraformation like turning the desert into a forest, combating droughts, achieving technological and cultural breakthroughs, and so much more!

This will also cause a rise in demand for very niched products and services, and an emphasis on human development. That being said, the concept is a bit more difficult to understand, as well as much easier to implement than #UBI or #ubuntu #Contributionism , because there are less changes that can fail, and conforms to #designthinking , #systemsthinking , #MVP and #Minimalist #minimalism .

The main problem would be the human tendency to blame others, which cannot be fulfilled as easily, because people can’t blame the government since they can change things themselves. And if there’s nobody to blame it on, but themselves, many people will refuse it.

One last thing…
