Want to improve your sex life? Although there’s an abundance of great advice out there from sex and relationship experts, the real secret to great sex may actually come from mathematicians.

In fact, mathematicians at the University of Sussex looked at years of physiological and psychological arousal data — including 10,000 sex acts performed by 312 men and 382 women in a laboratory setting — to come up with a model to help men create the perfect conditions for having an orgasm.

“In the past, researchers have tried to write a model to describe the physiological path to climax, but without success.
