It’s Black Friday and with Christmas right around the corner, you may be thinking about getting some pleasure for your partner of the battery-operated variety, but not sure how much the right amount to spend is. Although you may be able to get some good deals today on sex toys today, you still may not want to splurge too much. To give you an idea of the spending norms for sex toys, Adam & Eve conducted a survey of 1,000 people to find out just how much consumers are generally willing to shell out for their sexual devices. Here are the common price points people reported:

  • Under $20 (50 percent)
  • $20 to $50 (34 percent)
  • $50 to $100 (13 percent)
  • Over $100 (3 percent)

Although it may seem like a good — not to mention sexy — idea to put a cheap sex toy in your partner’s stocking this Christmas, Adam & Eve’s resident sexologist warns that this may not leave your partner satisfied in the long term.
