As I was driving along a country road this morning, I noticed how beautiful the trees looked in varying shades of green, gold and russet red. Fall has arrived!

A transitional time like this is a good time to start making changes in our own lives, mirroring the changes in the season.

Letting go of things you no longer need or love is similar to the trees shedding their leaves, in anticipation of new growth.
