Three things are required for momentum. Weight, direction, speed. Lose any one of these three components and we lose momentum.
Weight + Direction — Speed = No Movement
Weight + Speed — Direction = Runaway Train
Speed + Direction — Weight = Busy Blowfly

Weight = Knowledge / Experience
Speed = Execution / Action
Direction = Vision / Preferred Future
