A Mid-Autumn Day’s Matinee
My Plays Free for a Day
My play Translation by was just published here on Medium — you could say it’s “in previews” if you want to seem like a real theatre geek. In the traditions of Shakespeare in the Park and midweek midday matinee performances, I am unlocking it Wednesday (+ 3 others) for all to read, enjoy and share.
Translation by — Doing my best not to spoil it (yet still sell it) I can say it is a comedy of errors centering on a group of diverse players trying to ready a translation of a work… and not fully succeeding.
The Middle of Things was the first play published on Medium of mine. The short two-person romantic work finds a couple trying out a “technique” to take some of the pressure off of the usual “first date” jitters.
My Condolences centers on Miriam and Walter, an old married couple who wish to pay their respects to a late friend despite their overwhelming discomfort at such occasions.
First 5 Pages of My “The Lego Bill Murray Movie” Spec Script is quite simply just ridiculous. An imagined take on a new Hollywood treatment of a Hollywood legend that’ll never see the light of day let alone the big screen.
Applaud (clap) & tell me what you loved (highlight) after the show.
