Gym Membership

Until yesterday I was wondering if I should buy a new phone or get a gym membership. Then, I heard that a classmate from college passed away in a heart attack and suddenly, my priorities are clearly aligned.

Happy Diwali

So Diwali came and went and I thought I did well with the non-apleo food. Ate as minimally as possible. But I did have beer and some wine. Ate some sweets too and was immediately regretting the decision.

All in all, it went off well, I thought.

Gym joined

So I have joined the gym. 2 days done now. Feel a little sore after yesterday’s weights session. Need to keep going at this if I have to get anywhere.

Its good to know that I have to lose only another 4kgs to reach my ideal weight. There is still tons to do.

Death

A college classmate of mine passed away today. I wasn’t very close to him, but he was a fairly decent acquaintance. He died of a heart attack. He was probably as old as I am. We are not even 30yrs old. I am shocked and very surprised.

I thought I had a lifetime to do things, I am not too sure anymore. I am reeling.
