Didn’t go to the gym yesterday, reached home at 12am from work. However, I did do a round of squats and pushups so that I don’t go too far back on the gym activity when I get back.
We are in the middle of January today and the euphoria and hype surrounding the New Year is over. I have taken 2 weeks to contemplate how I want this year to turn up for me. I want it to be about personal improvement. So on that note, here are my resolutions for 2013:

Yesterday, I finally went to the gym for this first time this year. It had been 20 days since I went to the gym last. I had skipped on it all when the brother, parents and the new year celebrations all decided to come together at home in the last 2 weeks of december.
It all started with this innocuous tweet exchange:
