Morning time is peace time.

I wake up early to do my work (which involves thinking and writing) without any disturbance.

Waking up early is in no way the gateway to success. If you wake up early and waste your morning, it’s no use.

“Lose an hour in the morning, and you will spend all day looking for it.”

― Richard Whately

Because irrespective of the time you wake up you have to do the work. So, if you are more productive when you wake up at a later time, do that.

Now, how do I wake up early?

I sleep early.

Yes. That’s it.

Suppose you require 7 hours of daily sleep and need to wake up at 6 am. You must be asleep by 11 pm and go to bed by 10:30 pm. Then you can wake up at 6 am without an alarm, which means you won’t wake up between a sleep cycle and not wake up feeling like a zombie.

Since your body is well rested, you’re fresh and ready to start the next day.

Another thing, if a cute girl/boy is messaging you or you’re watching a movie at 11:30 pm, you can’t get up at 6 am. And if you do, you can’t continue in the long term. No one can, it’s impossible. We are humans, not Gods.

So, keep your phone away from your bed when you go to sleep.

I guess that’s all you need to know to wake up early.

I hope these simple steps will help you to sleep and wake up early. And please utilise the morning time.

Thank you,
