The Great Australian Party
A deeply DEEPLY strange party, which makes all the more sense when you realise it’s run by ex-One Nation senator, Rod Culleton.
For those who don’t remember, Rod Culleton was elected, then left One Nation to sit as an independent, then was found to be ineligible to sit in parliament due to both being bankrupt and also having an outstanding conviction against his name at the time of the election.
Where it gets weirder is the fact that throughout the entire process, and to this day, Culleton still insists he’s a senator, or in his words, “senator-in-exile”.
So yeah any party associated with him is going to be a dumpsterfire.
Policy
Just real fucking strange. They think income tax is voluntary. They want to remove local government. They want to get rid of compulsory vaccinations. And there’s just a real hard Constitution boner, where they very clearly misunderstand it’s powers and what it does.
There isn’t much, but it very clearly shows how much the party isn’t grounded in reality at all, and demonstrates how much you definitely shouldn’t vote for them.
Vote for them if
You think you’re in exile when in reality you’re an idiot.
