William Butler Middle School is a graphic novella that examines the Orwellian realities that could face a nation without gun reform. Inspired by news & research on gun violence in America, it was originally published on Instagram as the social media posts of a fictional school.

This graphic novella was originally published by Literary Safari as a series of Instagram posts in the summer of 2018. It was collaboratively created, written, and designed by Nakul Srinivas (Brandeis University, Class of 2021), Casey McConville (Middlebury College, Class of 2020), Anjali Sakhrani (Lead Creative Producer), and Sandhya Nankani (Founder/Publisher).
