Breakfast: After thirty days of no meat, and dairy (for the most part, except by accident), it was nice to have some eggs.

Breakfast: just black covfefe with cream. I’d rather skip the hard-boiled eggs and sea of pastries.

Lunch: removed the carbs from various sandwiches, and ate only the meat & cheese.
