It’s no secret that the startup industry has shifted a lot of it’s focus towards culture and we support that 100%. However, we find a lot of the advise around building a culture being very general; that’s a bit frustrating. We are going to fix this problem by sharing SPECIFIC feedback from successful founders around “The Startup Molecule”. We aren’t talking about culture! We are talking about the catalyst for creating culture; more specifically, the founder, their first few team members, and the team chemistry that they have. We want to give founders insight into how it’s built, how it’s maintained, and what a successful molecule actually looks like in terms of their day to day interactions. On a separate note, we like to have fun; so came up with a series to give founders insight into how their teams, from the startup community, become demotivated. Again, we aren’t looking to give general feedback about why employees are demotivated; we are looking to give very specific examples in our “How Not To” series!
