Undead Corporation has three doujin albums where they employ Japanese traditional instruments in their music — Oni Togizoushi / 鬼伽草子 (2011), Benizome no Oni ga Naku / 紅染の鬼が哭く (2012), and Umi no Kaze Roku no Hana / 海の風 陸の花 (2014).

Overall, their style uses heavily down-tuned riffs, clean vocals (shigin style), fast and uplifting tempos, as well as slow and dramatic ones, that widely feature the signature tones of Japanese instruments such as the shamisen, nohkan, shinobue, shakuhachi(?), taiko, tsuzumi, kagura suzu, and several others in a perfect blend that is reminiscent of J-rock and modern epic anime soundtracks.
