THIS IS MENTAL explores things that interest me at the intersection of tech, psychology, neuroscience and mental health. I started my career in advertising: making people think, buy and do things through ads. I then moved into tech where I used that understanding of human fragility and desire to get people to do click, scroll and share on websites and apps. Now I work in healthcare with a special interest in how we can leverage neuroscience, psychology, brands and brain-hacking technology to help people think and do things that genuinely make them happier and healthier.
