Birthed from the question, “Where are the spaces dedicated to unveiling?,” Un•Veiled aims to reveal the myriad of ways yt supremacy illusion affects Black people internally. Over the last three years, shedding the veil of my own internalized oppression and anti-Blackness as a Black woman has been met with shame, anger, and guilt. My only goal is that I, other writers, and readers of Un•Veiled break free from the systems that aim to diminish our humanity in community, accountability, and solidarity.
