After formulating our value proposition, we focused our efforts on creating a business model canvas that details how our service would operate.
At this point our group is focusing on finding out if students are knowledgeable about the voting process. We want to discover common misconceptions as well as how people find out everything they know. From there we can then focus in more on if people would vote if they knew exactly how. After creating a business model canvas, we developed a value flow diagram to help us better understand how the parts within the business model canvas “fit” together. It visually represents the value distributed to different stakeholders in the problem space.
