RuntimeException vs. LogicException

In my eyes there 2 kinds of exceptions:

1. Runtime exceptions — these are exceptions while connecting to a DB, errors on 3rd party-suppliers, basically, something what can be qulified as a Internal Server Error. Non-recoverable.

Essential and accidental difficulties
