Ahead, a fish warrior is standing by a stream, spear in hand. “That’s him,” says Angelika. “Finnart.”

You hurry forward and hail the stranger. He glances at you, immediately striking you as shifty. He doesn’t look at Angelika.

“Yes, I adventured with MacDuff,” says the warrior, “and had a close scrape with the demon Impachik.”

“How’d you get away?”

He shifts from one foot to the other. “Come. I’ll show you something.”

You follow to the lakeside, and as you approach, five fish warriors emerge from a hut. There’s a boat, and it looks like they may go trawling here.

And you:

  1. Tell the fish warriors to back off — you want to to speak to Finnart alone (click here).
  2. Insult Finnart (click here).
  3. Steal the boat (click here).
