3. Prior to start job, main contractor (fhse,ptw coordinator) and sub-contractor shall be organized meeting.
The Permit should be used in conjunction and in agreement made between the
A.Contractor FHSE (Field HSE Manager ),
B.The Permit Coordinator and
C.The subcontractor RPS (Represantative);
4. Prior to the signing of the Permit the subcontractor shall demonstrate that
A.The area is completely fenced off by the use of warning tapes
B.Appropriate signboards so that there is no risk to personnel from the use of radioactive substances.
5.What is the maximum time limit of a radiography permit?
A Work Authority is valid for up to maximum using one shift for one working day especially night work.
