PTW ‘’original package folder’’ copy signed shall be available in the field, as well as, 1 copy (purple paper) in PTW Coordinator Contractor Office and 1 copy (yellow paper) in subcontractor offices.

Before any work subject to a PTW is allowed to commence, certain signatures will be required and names must be legible
