Writing a board resolution
Writing board resolution is a requirement for opening a corporate account.
Personally, I didn’t know how to write a board resolution until I received some assistance from the kind folks at Guaranty Trust Bank. Thanks Toyin and Jessica!
This post will cover everything you need to know when writing your own board resolution.
- Board resolution must be on company letterhead.
- Must be signed by at least 2 directors.
- You must add your company seal.
