Yesterday I wrote an article about domestic abuse victims could create a more Private Bank Account by Opening an L.L.C. (Part One) and used Perplexity AI to learn the steps.

AI can play a role in making victims safer in multiple ways.

Here we will focus on ensuring you can hide your money from them,
while you are escaping.

💡 Remember when using ai tools and apps,
your knowledge base and ability to identify or ask it about potential gaps in your safety plan,
is incredibility important.

💡 Tell the artificial intelligence what your abuser/stalker has done to harm you,
so it understands what type of threat model and risks,
you’re dealing with and need to mitigate.

Impact:
Each lock adds to the increased level of security it provides,
to throw the abuser off your trail.

An Online Bank Account or Business Paypal, may work better too.

For a new bank account (in less time):
A) Using ADCON (address confidentiality-which is extreme but necessaryfor those in the moat danger), is easier and less time consuming too.

B) If you already have a new bank account, are about to set one up, use your banks “Opt Out” of Data and vendor/3rd party sharing.

Look at their website, call them a d talk to someone at the branch.

(I need to do research on how effective this helps, but it’s “better than nothing”)

I was disappointed with the sources the model provided,
if any.

→If your life depends on the “how to steps”, a random person on a Reddit forum doesn’t quite make the cut for certainty in your safety.

After doing some googling,
I found the sources that supported most of what the large language model gave me.

Surprising Help and Security Tip:

• It also gave me some extra operational security advice (O.P.S.E.C.), on making sure one doesn’t list their L.L.C. name on social media,
  so it wouldn’t be tracked back to the escaping victim.

Today's Test: Can Co-Pilot AI help Protect Victims?

Today, I will test CoPilot with Bings ability to help abuse survivors open a new business bank account and mitigate their risk and danger.

We will see what the difference is.

-I haven’t done much research on copilot.
It’s possible over time, it will get to know you, and provide more tailored feedback.

You will have to look this up though-my quick search didn’t yield any certain answers.

As I mentioned in the articles before,
the more knowledge and research you do (on Google, reading privacy experts books, watching experts on YouTube, the quick free consultations with a laywer)
the better and more effective the AI App or Model can help you help yourself.

Why?

→Your questions will take into account more risk scenarios, provide more information for the AI to draw from and, when it makes mistakes, you’ll be more likely to catch it.

For example:

-Asking a basic questions gets a basic answer-
(this is also before I signed up with an email address to create an account)

(1) Basic Question

The Tactical Victim:
I am a domestic violence and stalking victim.
I need to open up a bank account that my abuser-stalker can not find.

Give me some options on how to do this.

Here are some steps you can take to open a bank account discreetly:

Choose a Bank:

Copilots MAJOR and DANGEROUS Mistakes

⚠️(1) Providing your address (if the same as the abuser, it will notify them where your bank is, that you opened one and all the account information)

⚠️(2) If you use the same number or email that the abuser had access to, this also will notify them.

🛑 If you were to do this, it wouldn’t help you much at all and may put you at more risk. Ie: your base knowledge and research off of the ai apps and tools, matters.

Deoending on your situation, it can change whether you live or die.

💡 — again, an expert like a lawyer, is someone you should consult with after using AI tools when designing your Escape and saftey plan.

💡if you want to be “extra secure”, you could choose another area code with a VoIP service (Google voice or a paid plan)

It makes it look like your in the state of the area code (which you won’t be), just in case some type of information does leak to the public/you make a mistake.
