CHAPTER-3 — APPLICATIONS OF PSI ENERGY IN TELEKINESIS

Been a while. Ah, never mind.

So, learned how to get that psi out of your hands, huh? Well, it’s time to apply it to use! How are we going to begin? Well, there are loads and loads of ways to begin practicing Telekinesis.

We, in general, are going to focus on the “foil technique”.

What you need to do is to go sneak into your kitchen and grab a fair piece of aluminium/tin foil.

First, let’s understand the physics behind it, as to why we begin with foils and not with something like paper. Exemptions for Americans, you must have studied that metals absorb and give off energy radiated upon them, if you remember, the atoms, electrons, threshold frequency, Yes?

What I want to convey through this is that foils are just perfect for our needs here. Being carved out of metals, they can easily react to the energy we direct at them, and hence, move to our will. The issue with papers, hence, with a Psi Wheel is that they move super easily, I mean, it can literally be moved by a hundredth fraction of the lightest wind blowing around, plus it can even move with the heat of your hands, which makes it unworthy of our use. We don’t wanna joke around here with people or with ourselves. Telekinesis is possible, and we’ll do it the right way.

Please don't think about making a psi wheel off a whole bunch of foil now, you stupid fu—. Have patience.

Again, If you are reading this, as a result of procrastination, or probably by putting off some of your other major work aside, and instead of doing that, wandering your ass around here. Better complete your work first, or leave that already insignificant work for another hour or two. Indeed, we love delays!

Fair, If you’re ready with your foil,

i) Cut a few pieces off it, as shown here. We wanna choose this particular shape cause it’s said to react the best to our energies in this way, due to the large area being exposed for our energies to hit onto.

ii) Cut off all existing possible wind sources. Turn off the fan, and the air-conditioners. Close the doors. Just you, your energy, and the foil bits.

iii) Place the foil pieces on a table, any sturdy surface is suitable.

iv) Now, start building up your energy in your hand, take a minute or two. Focus, do it the way you’ve been taught to, in Chapter-2, or if you have an improvised version, do it that way. Feel those tingles, and once you think your energy is all build-up, we proceed to the next step.

i, when practicing for myself, skip this step as i can instantaneously create energy on the go, this is just for reference

v) Still feeling the presence of your energy field, place your hands about a few inches away from where you’ve kept the foil pieces. Now, you being a beginner, can choose the below-shown stance to basically cast your energy at the foil. I’m well trained in this. So, I obviously will be able to move the foils in my first attempts. You, if reading this for the very first time, won’t be able to. It may take you from 1 week to maybe a whole month to actually see yourself move foils in your first attempt! Do not lose hope. Keep practicing over and over again and look out for Telekinesis-related content online besides this.

recommended stance for beginners

Once you make your few first moves, you probably already have that excitement to learn more about telekinesis and learn new ways to move stuff around. Altogether there are majorly 2 ways, 3 actually to move stuff around. These 2 are the basic ones, I'll be explaining the 3rd (mixed+rotation) and some more advanced techniques in particularity in the next chapter.

If or If not, have you ever seen videos of people (real) practicing telekinesis online, you must have noticed that there are majorly 2 ways they move around stuff. Either they PULL objects towards them or they PUSH objects away from them. Of course, they may change the direction of objects around to their will. We’ll be discussing the PULL technique in the next chapter.

So, How do WE do that?

Well, assuming you still being a rookie in this, because you are learning all of this at this very moment, or even if not, in both cases, you will naturally learn to PUSH objects first. Both techniques are easy though, it takes a bit more effort in learning to pull objects, but stress not, cause this is literally just visualization and energy play!

i) Pushing Objects using Telekinesis: Nothing new, it’s the same as you learned above, except for any random movements that occur while you displace your object; You position your hands, build up your energy and move your hands TOWARDS the object so as to push it away. Always try to visualize your object as a friend of yours. You gently ask it to move as you direct your energy in that way. It’ll take practice and concentration and over the course of time, you’ll be able to master this skill!

ii) Pulling objects using Telekinesis: You wanna have really good control over the ability to push objects first before you learn to pull them. Well, who knows? It could be the other way around too! In order to pull objects towards you, you wanna position your hands as shown and focus. Use your mental strength, visualize and direct your energy towards the object (usually by placing your hands behind the object as a beginner) so as to pull it towards you. (to be elaborated further in the next chapter).

The way your object moves literally depends on how you cast your energy towards it. That's how people including me are able to also rotate objects as shown here, You visualize casting your energy at the very ends of the objects so as to give them that little spin and it reacts that way! (to be elaborated further in the next chapter)

a mix of push, pull, and rotatory telekinesis. a rather light approach towards the objects, hard-core ones in the next chapter.

Keep practicing this way until you actually see some improvements. We’re not joking around here. You must know by yourself that it is the energy that is assisting the object to move and not entirely the wind.

Wind does help in contributing a lot if you, well, practice aerokinesis. You will then be able to program your energy in such a way, that you’ll be able to use the wind to move the objects with bare energy use of your own! It’s like having the wind as your pal and having it do the work that you should. But ah, don't distract yourself in that way. Remember Telekinesis is the ideal base for every other kinesis that exists. Mastering Telekinesis is the first step to master any other kinesis.

In the next chapter, I’ll be explaining how to have more payoff on moving objects while having little to no hand movements and still exerting large energy chunks. On top of that, I'll go rage mode in the clips you’ll see in the next chapter, discharging foils and cans off my table haha.
