I’ve used hundreds of AI products for the past 3 years in my businesses.

Today, I decided to share the best of them to save you time and money:

But a plain list like that is boring.

Instead, let me show you how to use these tools and what I’ve been able to create with them!

By the way, if you prefer a video version, here you have it:

1. Decktopus

AI presentation maker

One of my favorite use cases of AI is to create a presentation or pitch deck.

After testing a bunch of these, my absolute favorite is called Decktopus.

This tool just asks you to describe your presentation and it will get it done. It creates images, generates text, and arranges the slides just like a pro.

That’s epic!

For example, here I’m telling the AI to create a presentation about “How to start programming from scratch.”

After 30 seconds, the AI has created a presentation like this for me:

Then you can customize it to your liking (manually or by using AI.)

Remember, everything you see is created with AI. All the images, text, subheadings, layout, everything. All I did was tell with one sentence what I wanted to see.

To learn how to use this product, make sure to watch my video about it:

Although Decktopus is awesome, it’s not the only AI presentation tool out there. To find a list of the best ones, check this post that I wrote a couple of months ago:

2. HeyGen AI

AI cloning tool

Did you know you can use AI to create a perfect clone of yourself?

I tried HeyGen AI and my friends couldn’t tell which one was me and which was AI.

To learn step-by-step how to do this, watch my complete guide here:

Also, in this video, the introduction will show you the real me vs the AI.

HeyGen is easy to use. Just submit a video clip of yourself talking (in any language).

Before you do this, just remember to read the instructions so that the AI can learn (and do) as much as possible:

If you don’t want to clone yourself with HeyGen, you can still use it to create presentations.

Just choose a voice actor and give it a script:

You can do this in any language. (Also, you can do the same for your AI clone—it knows any language.)

3. The Multiverse AI

AI headshot clone generator

One of the most impressive use cases of AI I’ve discovered is The Multiverse AI. This is the AI tool that has created my LinkedIn picture—that looks exactly like me.

I even sent this to my mates and my wife and they wouldn’t believe it’s AI-generated stuff.

The way this tool works is simple.

  • Then choose 12–20 pictures of yourself (mobile-device quality is enough.) Here are some that I used:
  • Upload the pictures to The Multiverse AI. And please keep the following in mind:
  • Then, wait for 60–120 minutes. Once you receive an email like this your images are ready:

For example, here are my images:

Isn’t that amazing?

Make sure to watch my step-by-step guide on how to create your images if you’re serious about it:

4. Murf AI

Text-to-speech AI

Murf AI is an AI tool that turns text into a realistic voice.

You can use it to create advertisements, and voiceovers, translate your speech, and more.

This is not your mid-2010s text-to-speech synthesizer that sounds robotic. Instead, Murf comes with voice actors that sound exactly like a professional speaker—in different languages.

As a business person, you can use a tool like this to create voiceovers, sales pitches, and more.

For example, here’s a voice clip I created with Murf:

And that’s just one voice. You can create a similar clip in different languages and in different voices too.

5. Contentshake

AI content writer

ContentShake writes blog posts and news articles from a simple text input.

For example, here I’m telling the AI to write a blog post about “Productivity tips for working at home.”

Could you imagine? With that one-sentence instruction, the AI created this entire post.

On top of that, Contentshake has a content editor that gives you suggestions for your posts.

This kind of tool can help you draft blog content to draw inspiration

6. CodeDesign AI

AI website builder

CodeDesign is an AI tool that creates a website from scratch. All you need to do is tell the AI what kind of site you want to create.

Here’s my quick 80-second guide that shows you how:

For example, here I’m telling the AI to create a blogging site about “How to use AI in business and education.”

After a minute or so, here’s the website it created:

Of course, if you’re not happy with the result, you can use CodeDesign to customize your site by clicking and dragging elements across the site.

It’s easy to use, fast, reliable, and gives decent results.

This is great for small businesses that don’t have professional web designers or coders yet. Instead of having to spend days scratching your head, you can get your project’s website up in seconds.

If you think a tool like this might be good, make sure to also read my list of the best AI website generators:

7. Logo AI

AI logo generator

Speaking of a website, your business might also need a logo. If that’s the case, make sure to try LogoAI.

This tool creates a unique and fantastic-looking logo in just seconds with AI.

All you need is to let the AI know your business name, niche, and some of your preferences.

Once you’ve filled in your information, the AI gives you a bunch of logo options to choose from.

For example, here’s what it gave me:

It also gives you a chance to edit those logos. For example, you can change colors, fonts, and symbols.

Instead of consulting a professional logo designer, these are more than enough for most businesses.

8. Grammarly

AI proofreader

Whether it’s an email, blog post, or a social media post, your writing is usually full of mistakes:

Fixing all of these takes tremendous amounts of time—especially if you’re someone who writes a lot at work.

That’s why I recommend trying Grammarly.

Grammarly is an AI tool that analyzes your text in every window you visit. It will spot and highlight mistakes in your writing.

For example, here’s me writing a blog post with a ton of mistakes:

Grammarly makes this so easy. I can just focus on writing. Then, to fix my mistakes, I can just click the suggested fixes.

The best part is that this tool is a Chrome extension.

This means it works in every tab you visit.

I find this particularly useful when working with emails. Instead of having to rely on my punctuation and grammar skills, I can outsource it to AI:

I have used Grammarly every day for 3.5 years (as a full-time content writer.) In fact, I’ve used the free version because I think it’s already doing its job perfectly.

Make sure to try—especially if you write as you work!

9. ChatGPT

AI chatbot

Last but not least, we have ChatGPT. This is such an obvious inclusion that I left it here at the bottom of the list—you’re probably using it already anyway.

If you’re not familiar with ChatGPT (or haven’t seen the most recent updates) here’s a quick rundown:

ChatGPT is an AI chatbot. You can ask anything from it in a way you would ask a human.

For example, here I’m asking ChatGPT for the distance from the Earth to the Moon and it knows the answer perfectly:

I can also ask ChatGPT to create an image.

It can even analyze data from your files.

Of course, it also has the interactive voice chat and soon it will be able to create videos.

You can only imagine how many business-related tasks this can streamline.

Just use AI with care!

The biggest issue with ChatGPT is that it makes silly assumptions and hallucinates a lot.

Even though it seems like ChatGPT could think, it’s just predicting words one after the other. That’s why it doesn’t know things or have real experience to rely on!

As a content writer, I have noticed that ChatGPT cannot write good blog posts that would get visitors. That’s because the content is generic, factually incorrect, and overall boring.

Thanks for reading!

That’s it for the list today. Make sure to test the AI tools as most of them are free. This can save you time and money so that you can focus on the real business! :)
