Some important tips to keep in mind:
Remember to keep it simple. You have fewer than five seconds to grab someone’s attention
- Choose an easy to use and navigate website building platform like Wordpress
- Choose an attractive modern theme (like Wordpress 2019) to get started
- Use a simple fonts on a white background — no fancy stuff at this stage it’s unnecessary!
- Make your website navigation clear and simple, and the same on every page (very simple with Wordpress)
- Use graphics that enhance and draw attention to your message (remember your visitors are all about WIIFM (what’s in it for me)
- Include an ‘opt-in offer’ so you can collect an e-mail addresses (or name and email address preferably)
