Financial Services Cloud

Manufacturing Cloud

• Transform inventory management by enhancing traceability, tracking entire inventory journey, and enhancing monitoring and management processes with an inventory search experience, all so your customers can stalk their package more efficiently.
• Suppliers can import program and variant forecast data from manufacturers and external sources, upload CSV files, select target objects, map fields, insert, update, or upsert large datasets, and validate their data.

Net Zero Cloud

• Salesforce Disclosure and Compliance Hub for Microsoft 365 Word allows users to author disclosure reports directly in Word, access data within Salesforce, and efficiently apply external information.
• Store market-based and location-based electricity emissions data in independent records to prevent duplication of location-based emissions rate information for individual stationary assets when calculating emissions.
• Net Zero Marketplace allows users to easily select and apply emissions factors, with the ability to selectively update or refresh these factors.

Public Sector Solutions

• Streamline the complaint intake process by facilitating easy filing of civil complaints through a guided public portal.
• One is never better served than by oneself — Optimize the service requests by allowing constituents and legal reps to create and review them.
• Sometimes one is better served by others too — Utilize caseworker productivity analytics to optimize workloads, improve supervisors’ decision-making, and visualize the team’s community impact, providing valuable insights into caseload distribution and performance.
• Utilize a guided flow to connect constituents with necessary support, providing detailed information about the individual or household, and sharing the referral record with the provider.

Education Cloud

• Use the Mentoring app to create and manage mentoring programs, benefits, and assessments.
• Create mentoring support programs with benefits, display details on mentee and mentor portals, automatically create enrollments, update roles, and add assessments for mentee requirements matching mentors.
• Experience Builder enhances Experience Cloud site with Lightning Web Components for mentoring, creating portal for mentors and mentees to enroll in programs, view benefit assignments, and enroll as providers.
• The Einstein Skills Generator helps users identify and associate desired skills with their learning courses or programs, using data from the public domain or previous experience. (Pilot)

• The NPSP Potential Duplicates Lightning Web Component allows users to review, select, and merge potential duplicate contacts on the NPSP Contact Merge page, replacing the standard component.

Automotive Cloud

• Get the paddock pass — Automotive Cloud now allows external users to track fleets, assets, and participants, enabling Fleet Management from the application in Setup, replacing the previous method using Metadata API.
