Brooklyn, New York — February 8, 2016 — Mom and Dad Sternberg Company, Inc. today announced its second quarter parental earnings report. Following four straight quarters of positive growth, the company continued that trend: the second quarter was its best quarter to date.

The company is also pleased to announce its most impressive software update to its Baby product: Baby is now Toddler. The company’s roadmap has the Toddler operating system developing for the next 18-months, and Mom and Dad Sternberg Company will notify investors when the next OS is deployed.

The Toddler OS comes with new upgrades to previous functions. Cognitive skills continue to develop. For example, Toddler can now smile and frown on demand. This has added to Toddler’s repertoire of Monkey or Fish Face on demand.

“We are excited — and pleased, of course — that Baby has successfully transitioned to Toddler,” said Mom and Dad Sternberg Company CEO, Mom. “We’ll continue to track Toddler’s evolution and look forward to her growth.”

Continued Dad, who has added vp of music to his role as Head of Worrying: “We understand that Toddler will be temperamental in the quarters to come, we want to make it perfectly clear that Mom and Dad Company are ready for that challenge. Bring on the Terrible Toddler.”

Mom and Dad Company also reported that in Q2, Toddler figured out how to hug and kiss — both when asked and if she herself wants to. It’s very sweet when this happens.

The Toddler OS update has communication advancements, and the company is excited for the anticipated verbal explosion in Q3. As of now, Toddler’s words consist of: Bubbles, yeah, later, no, uh-oh, nana (which is both for one grandmother and for a banana), mama, dada. Though much to Dad’s dismay, Toddler rarely calls for dada. Toddler is a mama’s girl.

Additional improvements in Q2: The second quarter also saw Toddler eat eggs and cheese for the first time. Toddler also figured out how to run, which Mom and Dad are sure drive the company underneath it insane. Toddler OS also increased her motor skills through the age-old art of stickers. She enjoys placing them all over the place, including her hair, her face, her feet and everywhere else she can reach.

Observers at the playground and other public places have reported the friendliness of Toddler. In particular, the company recalls the day at the playground when three other Baby and Toddler products independently came up to Mom and Dad Company’s Toddler just to give her a hug.

Much has happened in Q2 and Mom and Dad look forward to answering investor questions in a Town Hall next week.
