I can hear you now.

“Sure, the Principles seem nice and I can see how they could benefit me most of the time. But you don’t get it. When I’m at work, all bets are off! It’s dog-eat-dog, and brother, I’m not gonna get eaten, so you know what that means.”

You apparently had a lot to say.

And you’re right, it is a rough, competitive, stressful world out there in corporate America. And it’s no picnic anywhere else where you need to trade your time and sweat for dollars and cents.

But you’re wrong about one thing. I do get it. And yes, the Timeless Principles can have a very real impact on your daily routine and on your overall success at work.

In the Cubicle

Or on the tractor, or at the mill, or on the crab-fishing boat… wherever you punch your clock, you can apply Timeless Principles to make your day easier, less stressful, more productive and more rewarding.

Of course, to earn your wage, you’re going to work hard. That should go without saying. But, the real key is how you can actually enjoy working hard, and notice some real benefits from all you’re able to accomplish.

For example, imagine how much more you could get done if you were able to remain mild, focus on what needs to get done, set the right priorities by counting the cost, and clear your mind of distractions by keeping things simple.

Imagine how much better you’ll feel if humility means you’re not overly concerned with office politics, if modesty means you’re comfortable with the work you’re doing, and you’re consistently working toward improving yourself.

Consider what your paycheck might look like once your employer begins to notice your drive, your ambition, and your willingness to learn.

And think about the freedom you can expect to enjoy when you’re able to leave work at the office and enjoy peaceful, relaxed family time at home followed by a solid night’s sleep, heading back into work the next day with a fresh perspective and a smile on your face.

Almost doesn’t even feel like work does it?
