11 Of The Best Apps for Manifestation

Reminders

I am starting with the reminders app because I think it’s underrated; utilizing this app is a great way to manifest!

You can set reminders to repeat your affirmations or take a few minutes to visualize or saturate daily. You can also set up affirmation reminders to pop up on your screen on random days and at random times throughout the week, month, or even your entire year! This way, you’ll suddenly be exposed to your affirmations even if you’re not making the conscious effort to say them — and these can act as a great pick-me-up if you’re having a rough day. You’d be surprised how often past you can tell when future you might need a reminder that everything’s working out the way it should.

Pinterest

Pinterest is a super popular app that almost everyone’s heard of, and it’s definitely beloved by the manifestation community. Pinterest has just about every kind of picture you can think of — most of which are super aesthetic — so it’s great for creating vision boards. A lot of master manifesters swear by the app and feel as if it’s one of the best apps for manifesting! I don’t disagree. Pinterest has positive vibes, and I feel inspired every time I scroll through the pictures I’ve pinned to my boards! Whenever I need a reminder of what I want for myself and my future, I head straight to Pinterest.

It’s a great tool to assist with visualization! If you usually struggle with visualization, I recommend trying out Pinterest to see if looking at the images there will help get the wheels in your head turning. Plus, you can always check out this article for in-depth guidance and helpful tactics to have vivid visualizations.

Parrot

The ‘Parrot — Recorder and Looper’ app is an app that I swear by! With this app, you can record your own affirmations and loop them for as long as you want. You can use a timer to listen to them for a certain amount of time, such as for fifteen minutes or an hour, or you can just press play on your affirmation and allow it to play throughout the whole night as you sleep.

Recording your affirmations in your own voice is super effective, and that’s why I love this app so much. It’s also very convenient — recording an affirmation only takes a few seconds, and then you can listen to it for as long as you want. Plus, you can record an unlimited number of affirmations, and it’s great to have them all in one app.

This app has helped me reprogram my subconscious and is one of my favorites to use during saturation sessions or even while scrolling through Pinterest, visualizing, or getting into SATS.

If you’re not sure what SATS is, you can check out 24 manifestation methods for new master manifesters to consider here. Otherwise, keep reading to find more excellent manifestation apps! Spoiler alert: I love using the next one with the Parrot app!

Counter

The app, titled, ‘Counter Tally Count’ is an incredibly simple app that comes in great use when it comes to saying your affirmations or having saturation sessions — and if you’re not sure what saturation is or what having a saturation session entails, I recommend checking out this article, Common Manifestation Terms You Should Know.

Basically, the purpose of this app is to keep a tally, so if you have a goal for how many times you want to repeat your affirmations each day or week, you can use this app to keep a tally. I enjoy using ‘Counter’ during my saturation sessions because it gives me something to do with my hands, even while keeping me focused on visualizing my desires, and I always feel proud when I get to see the number of times I’ve said my affirmations crawling up higher and higher.

If you’re attempting a 10k or 100k affirmation challenge, etc., this app will definitely be useful.

Journal

The latest IOS update has introduced us to the ‘Journal’ app, and I recommend using it if you’ve been wanting to start journaling but aren’t interested in writing pen-to-paper. Journaling is another very effective way to manifest. It can help you organize your thoughts and figure out exactly what it is that you want, as well as express your feelings and release negative emotions to make room for more positive energy in your life. There are a multitude of reasons to start journaling and plenty of benefits that come along with it, but we won’t dive into them all in this article. You can read more about the benefits here, but for now, just know that the ‘Journal’ app can come in handy if you’ve already decided to delve into journaling.

But if you aren’t interested in this app, don’t be afraid to utilize another one. Tons of journal and diary apps are available on the app store. If you have an iPad, you might prefer Goodnotes or Notability. You could also use Notion, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or even just the Notes app. If having a super cute and aesthetic diary or journal is important to you, apps like Zinnia, Haema, MiniNote, or DailyLife are worth giving a try.

At the end of the day, it’s up to you to decide which app works best for you. I’d argue that it’s not necessarily the app that matters, just as long as you start your journey with journaling!

ThinkUp

The ‘ThinkUp — Daily Affirmations’ app is another great app for affirmations. You can find pre-made affirmations if you haven’t yet made your own, or you can create your own and record them in your own voice and loop them for as long as you’d like. Even better, you can play your affirmations over music, which is great for meditation purposes!

Promise

Promise is a great app for mindfulness! There’s a wide variety of ways you can use it to assist you in manifesting your desires. The app has affirmation and subliminal generators, plus an affirmation recorder.

You can play around with frequencies — such as 369Hz, 77Hz, 55Hz, 432Hz, etc — when creating your own subliminals, as well as adding soothing rain, ocean, or other meditation sounds. You can also follow along with pre-made meditations.

Plus, you can also use the diary within this app to document your moods, thoughts, and feelings!

Insight Timer

This is another meditation app that offers guided meditations — this one has thousands of predominantly free guided meditations, plus tons of discussion groups where you can connect with other people.

Insight Timer also has a wide selection of ambient sounds that can help you fall asleep more easily, so if you struggle with insomnia or feel restless before bed, this app might be a big help!

I Am

The ‘I Am — Positive Affirmations’ app is another great affirmation app. It offers affirmations based on just about any topic you can think of! Whether you want affirmations that enforce positive thinking, self-love, and good health or ones centering around relieving stress, this app has it all.

Law Of Attraction Toolbox

This is a super unique app that offers a fun way to manifest! You can play a wide variety of games that encourage positive thinking, enforce healthy habits, and help you focus intensely on your desires.

It’s definitely an app worth checking out if you follow the LOA.

Create & Manifest Dream Goals

Finally, there’s the ‘Create & Manifest Dream Goals’ app. This is a great one for those of you who enjoy participating in challenges or creating your own. Challenges are a great way to stay on track with your manifestation and self-growth goals, so this app can really come in handy.

You start by deciding on your desired outcome, then choosing some manifestation techniques to practice throughout the month. Then, just start your challenge and practice your techniques consistently until the challenge is over!

Final Thoughts

There are tons of incredible apps out there that can assist you in accomplishing your manifestation goals or sticking to your healthy habits. I hope this article has introduced you to at least a few that can make manifesting even easier for you! Let me know what your favorite manifestation apps are down in the comments!
