Possibility Mindset — Day 42

Given a set of possible explanations, why pick the extremely unlikely one!? — Elon Musk

Many of us have a love hate relationship with statistics, unless it’s our profession or special interest.

Any number of our actions have a set of possible consequences.

Often some of our actions yield results we desire, while others lead us astray.

It’s amazing how much attention we give consequences that leave us destitute.

We can’t help it. We are wired this way for survival.

This natural extinct is excellent for avoiding flesh eating predators, but extremely limiting for those wanting to unleash their full potential.

Statistics tells us that a fair coin will always yield the same number of desired results as undesired ones.

If the coin isn’t fair, we must continue the flip despite how unlikely the consequences may seem.

In both cases, flipping is better than not flipping at all.

We must continue to take action, hurdle the undesired results, and never surrender.

To possibilities!
