Experts say work life balance is a myth and balance itself, is overrated. In our case, we never talk about work life balance, seriously. The only thing we believe is we should persistently making people’s life easier.
We personalise our policy to meet people’s needs. We allow our team member(s) to work from home (WFH) for certain reasons, such as families and kids. And of course, there’re challenges in the execution. One of the ways to overcome the challenges is with having clear expectations and maintaining good communication through Slack.
