“Tell me something about yourself.”
This is one question I can speak so much on, yet I don’t know where to start. I first found out about the About Me Stories a month ago, and I have been procrastinating on writing this post for so long because I don’t know what to tell you guys about myself.

Should I tell you that I am a Chartered Accountant who is also pursuing the ACCA qualification? Someone who is happy working as a finance professional but gets caught up in a slump every now and then? Or should I tell you that I first started writing in 2018 but was never consistent? I don’t know. What will define me?

So I decided to tell you it all.

First of all, I am a dreamer. I dream about finer things in life. But I am also a procrastinator. I know that if I want to be successful, I have to study hard, get a good job, and write consistently. Yet, oftentimes, I keep looking for new sources of external motivation.

I know that discipline wins over motivation, yet I cannot stop reading self-help books, hoping that they will magically change everything.

I am also an overthinker. I overthink all the best-case and worst-case scenarios, and still, I don’t know how…
