My life is going to take a completely new turn
And I have no clue how to deal with that.
It all started back in March 2020, when the Covid-19 Pandemic began. My college was about to begin in the coming July. However, it got postponed to Nov 2020, with online classes, societies, internships, interactions, assignments, and even exams happening online.
With my daily screen time exposure increasing to 15+ hours with minimal human interaction, I had begun lazy, inconsistent, and a lot less productive in my work having no self-awareness as to what was really happening with me. I spent about 14 months, living a kind of life that didn’t suit my values and ways of living. (I prefer to do single-tasking with moderate human interaction and a deep sense of involvement which was disrupted with my phone beeping 100+ times with notifications and meetings).
However, the best part was I didn’t have to leave my family or pay huge dollars of money to live in a new city for college. In the past 2 months, I have collected myself and started doing things in the most productive way possible.
As soon as I settled in the new online education system, Delhi University, the biggest central university in India, has issued notice for the resumption of offline classes from next week.
